Content Removal Policy

MahenFiles respects valid complaints relating to copyright, privacy, safety, misidentification, unlawful content, and other legitimate rights.

1. When to Use This Policy

You may use this policy if you believe that content on MahenFiles:

  • Infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains your image or likeness and unlawfully violates your privacy or publicity rights
  • Contains personal information that should not be publicly displayed
  • Is defamatory, false, harmful, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or similar abusive content

2. What to Include in a Request

Please include all of the following:

  • The exact URL(s) of the content at issue
  • A clear description of the content you want reviewed or removed
  • The reason for the request
  • Your full name and a working email address
  • Evidence supporting your request, where applicable
  • If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, your authority to do so

3. Copyright Complaints

If your request concerns copyright, please include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.

4. Privacy and Identity-Based Requests

If your request concerns privacy, identity, or likeness, please explain why the content violates your rights, whether you are identifiable in the image, and whether the material includes sensitive, private, or harmful information.

5. Review Process

MahenFiles may review requests, request additional information, temporarily restrict access during review, or remove content in its discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee removal.

6. Emergency or Safety-Related Requests

Requests involving threats, doxxing, exploitation, or urgent safety concerns should clearly say “URGENT SAFETY REQUEST” in the subject line.

7. False or Abusive Reports

MahenFiles may disregard incomplete, bad-faith, abusive, repetitive, or fraudulent reports.

8. DMCA Agent (If Applicable)

If MahenFiles designates a DMCA agent, its details will be listed here and, where required, in the appropriate public directory.
